Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview & Pan-India Coverage

At Qalla Preservation Studio, we treat every floral keepsake and botanical art piece as an irreplaceable heirloom. We provide secure, insured, pan-India shipping across all serviceable pin codes through trusted logistics partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Express Air Couriers.

2. Production & Delivery Timelines

Because Qalla specializes in both ready-to-ship decor and slow, handcrafted floral preservation, delivery timelines depend on your order type:

• Ready-to-Ship Decor & DIY Kits: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from order placement. Transit time is 3 to 5 business days depending on destination pin code (metro cities: 2-3 days, rest of India: 4-6 days).
• Bespoke Floral Keepsakes (Varmalas, Bouquets, Clocks & Blocks): Handcrafted over a 6 to 8 week studio cycle (42 days zero-pressure silica desiccation + multi-layer optical resin casting + hand diamond beveling). Once inspected and approved, orders are dispatched via insured express transit (3 to 5 business days).

3. Doorstep Flower Pickup (Inbound Collection)

For custom wedding flower and garland preservation, you do not need to courier anything to us. Qalla schedules a free doorstep pickup at your location:

• Pickup Scheduling: A Qalla team member will call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours of your booking to arrange a convenient pickup time directly from your home or venue.
• Recommended Window: Keep your flowers fresh within 48 to 72 hours of your wedding or event for optimal petal vibrancy and pigment retention. Store stems in damp paper towels in a cool, dry place.
• No Packaging Needed: Our pickup team arrives with protective floral carriers. Simply hand over your garlands, varmala, kalire, or event blooms.
• Intake & Log: Once collected, our team photographs the floral intake and logs your dedicated archival custody tray before preservation begins.

4. Shipping Charges & Tracking

Shipping fees and tracking mechanisms are structured as follows:

• Free Insured Shipping: We offer complimentary insured standard delivery across India on all bespoke preservation orders and purchases above ₹2,999.
• Orders Below ₹2,999: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹150 to ₹250 is applied at checkout.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, an automated tracking link and AWB number are shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email within 24 hours.

5. Transit Damage Protection

Every keepsake is packaged in custom multi-layer foam shielding and a bespoke magnetic presentation box designed to withstand transit shocks. If a package arrives with visible damage:

• Please record a brief unboxing video and capture clear photographs of the package and item.
• Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@qalla.in or WhatsApp +91 9056796091.
• Our studio transit insurance covers immediate repair, re-polishing, or replacement at zero additional expense to you.

6. Service Coverage & Domestic Delivery Only

Please note our geographical service availability:

• Domestic Service Only: Qalla operates and provides delivery services strictly within the Republic of India across all serviceable postal codes. We do not provide services, ship products, or accept fresh flowers from international locations.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your complete shipping address, postal pin code, and active 10-digit Indian mobile number are entered correctly during checkout. If a parcel is returned due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will apply.
